Belinda Spratt Wellness

Connecting to mindful living by releasing tension, creating space, and restoring the fluid flow and nervous system rhythm

Belinda Spratt Wellness focuses on holistic body and mind wellness, with a specialisation in Somatology, Sound Meditation and Clinical Aromatherapy, recognising that overall wellness is both a physical and energetic experience. Belinda provides guidance and support to individuals seeking to release tension, restore nervous system balance, and reconnect with themselves through embodied awareness.

For clients seeking deep internal change, Belinda understands that transformation is both a physical and emotional journey, and provides tailored support to individuals ready to commit to letting go of what no longer serves them. From private 1:1 sessions to group retreats and corporate workshops, each client receives a personalised experience focused on awareness, embodiment and lasting change.

With an emphasis on holistic support, Belinda goes beyond surface-level wellness. Through a combination of Somatology, Sound Meditation, Clinical Aromatherapy and Yoga, she works to restore fluid flow and nervous system rhythm, educating clients through real-time awareness of how tension shows up in the body and what it feels like when it releases.

What wellness means to Belinda

Embracing all of who you are. The good, the bad and the ugly. Being present in your state of awareness. Experiencing the unplanned pauses in your day/week/month and checking in to feel what that pause is communicating with you. Knowing when to choose herd energy, and when to seek solitude.
Be it a moment of gratitude, pivoting your thoughts, becoming aware of a habit, feeling your way into an idea and allowing emotions to flow through you.
Living in a way that supports choices that have different frequencies. Having the courage to choose differently from yesterday, and having boundaries.
